Speaker of the House Ron Mariano has tasked Stoneham Representative Michael Day with reviewing the state of our gun laws to ensure that they are sufficient and work well, both individually and as a complete scheme. Anywhere from one half to two thirds of the gun violence deaths in any given regional area are gun suicides. He will embark on a listening tour around the state with the goal of having comprehensive gun legislation ready later in the year.
